Of course they would. Trump is afraid of black and brown people and will do anything to block those that are qualified to have a seat at the table. This is nothing new from this administration. There is nothing they can do to keep POC from moving forward.

2. I have not seen many people of color or women being nominated for qualified position with this administration. The emergency would not have been a problem if some of the previous administration nominees were given a shot.
