Do we know why they were arresting the guy? The NYPD started, this weekend, giving out 100k masks in public parks. Maybe these pics are of unconnected events..?
Doesn't change the fact that 3 officers (one without a mask at all) held down an unarmed guy and one of the officers punched the guy in the head even though he wasn't resisting and 3 cops were literally on top of him.
