For many people, especially young people, neither of the candidates actually fight for what they are looking for. Political discourse has shifted so far to one side of the political spectrum that policies that the majority of Americans agree with are not in the conversation.

many will be away at college and Will need to pre-plan absentee vote BEFORE they leave. This is esp diff for freshmen

Because they feel that ONE vote doesn't count -- but it does. All of those ONE small votes makes a mound of difference. Please vote.

Because voting day is not a federal holiday. Everyone should have time off in some capacity.

I honestly still haven't received my new drivers license from the California DMV yet since I both moved to California and had a name/gender marker change. I'm walking around with my passport with a 15 year photo of me and my dead name.

A2: Let's make voting social, cool, and more fun than video games! Young people need to understand the significance of their VOICES *and* their votes. Educators MUST teach these skills in school. In WA state kids can participate in mock elections through our Sec of State's wb.
