    is a good distraction for me from the craziness of life. But today I took a much-needed mental health day to hike to Kings River Falls in Northwest Arkansas. It would be terrific location for Valleys On The Air.

    Next BVRC meeting, is scheduled for 7/11/19. Stan Ross K5VR, will detail & chronicle his account of dealing with the insurance company, restoring the house, antenna & radio gear, & the countermeasures put into place to minimize lightning strikes in the future.
