Most are inadequate in how they accentuate the u in menstruate. We must not perpetuate or continuate the way we punctuate the u in menstruate. If we fluctuate the way we accentuate the u, we might extenuate or disambiguate a speech which is inadequate. We should reevaluate.😵‍💫🤪
