I'm sure, but until they show some improvement, we're not going to see any mass migration. And that doesn't even get into reluctance people might have about rebuilding their audience.
Surprisingly, I'm already starting to see some larger YouTubers migrating to platforms like Twitch and Mixer. While those are streaming services, I can see people SLOWLY migrating their audiences if it means saving their careers.

You are indeed correct, my friend. Obtaining income via livestream vs video, as of late, has become a more reliable method of receiving income. However currently both Twitch and Mixer both outpace YouTube in that department. YouTube's mainly exist for people already subbed.
