    The world record for the most digits of Pi has fallen once again. Timothy Mullican computed 50 trillion digits of Pi running from April to today - beating out 's computation of 31.4 trillion digits. Congratulations to the new record holder!

    Are people handing out shiny G-max raids like candy now? Been randomly joining rare-den raids and landed two shinies in one night. This 1-star Butterfree, then an Orbeetle an hour later... I'm gonna run out of Master Balls at this rate.

    And here it is! As this was my first attempt at RGB mATX, the cable management was by far the hardest I've ever had to do. Temporary ram for now. Still waiting for the 4 x 32GB Trident Z RGB's...

    So I RMA'ed these sticks as defective and only now (after 2 months) got my refund. The catch: charged me $130 restocking fee. Really? And they're going put these defective sticks back into circulation?

    Update: That 4 x 32GB B350 setup is not actually stable. At least 3 of the 4 DIMMs will error every few hours under memtest86 - even at stock 2133 no XMP. At least 2 of the 4 DIMMs are also unstable on X299. Defective DIMMs or just incompatibility?

    I officially give up. DP = dead sub-pixel DC = in-panel dust contamination 5 x Dell U2718Q: • 5 DC, 1 DP • 1 DP (green) (middle of screen) • 1 DP (green) (middle left) • 2 DC (left, < 1mm width) • 1 DC (left, 2mm) Final Tally is 7/8 on 4k. FFS.

    Make that 5 out of 6. Exchanged a terrible one for a less bad one and noticed a single dead pixel on my other new monitor after a day of use. Seriously, do they even QC these anymore? Is there a way to buy "better binned" monitors for those who need it?

    Dear recruiters who bother to use my name in the salutation, Can you also bother to check if the role is even remotely relevant. I'm a C++/HPC guy. What makes you think I can do Ruby, JS, i.e things nowhere on my profile - let alone competently. Also, I'm not looking.

    Oh hey. While it's not officially supported, 4 x 32GB seems to work fine on 1st gen .
