My appeal to have my video reinstated was denied. @TeamYouTube are such Nazis. Apparently, the only politician you're allowed to make fun of is @realDonaldTrump.
@YouTube spits on the Constitution every day.

YouTube is no different than a movie studio or a television network. They determine what message they want to promote.

Except that YouTube is claims to be a "neutral platform." What you're describing is a "publisher." Not the same thing. And not the same laws/tax codes/regulations applied. If they want to BE a "publisher," that's fine. Play by THOSE rules then.

Again, they currently have the latitude to claim whatever they want. Both Fox News and CNN claim to be fair in their reporting. Making a claim doesn't mean you're swearing an oath.

No, they absolutely dont, like it was said, publishers have a different set of standards applied to them to behave like a publisher. What you tube is doing is having platform standards applied while acting like a publisher.

YouTube are acting as a distributor, not a publisher. Distributors can choose what content they choose to distribute. Laws are different for media distributors, especially those that operate online.

No, they are not, if they were they would simply have a repository to distribute in some method. They are a platform for media services and either need to act as a platform, for which they are enjoying certain privaleges, or a publisher if they want to control content

Did you read your own source or just ascertain what you need? Its says clearly states the protections of a provider and a platform. Once again youtube is behaving as neither when they censor anything thay goes against a specific narrative goal

The link states that article 230 protects sites like youtube from libel. The only way to come to the conclusion you came to is by doing exactly what you accused me of doing.

Your attempt to use "nu huh, you" is pretty transparent. The only way for you to come to your conclusion is to ignore my point because you have nothing to counter with
