1. Agreed, but the same accumulation property applies, which can harm future generations from using the asset. 2. Future generations can't buy like the current one, especially if population increases as forecasted
-
1. Same applies to all other assets, especially fiat. Ever heard of the Cantillon Effect? 2. They can earn it for labor, services or products. For future generations, BTC will be just like USD is today, except gaining 3%/year instead of losing 3%/year.
-
1. Yes. Same applied, it doesn't mean it necessarily needs to continue to apply - different worlds since the concepts were created imply different mechanisms can surge. That's the beauty of Bitcoin, it's making economics sexy again 2. Bitcoin changes nothing in regard to that
-
So why is it so important for the future generations to be able to “buy like the current one” like you mentioned above? The point of Bitcoin is uninflatability, unseizability, censorship-resistance, possibility for capital accumulation without dilution. Not solving inequality.
-
Because that means Bitcoin won't usher an era of unprecedented peace and prosperity

Hugo you desperately need to read The Bitcoin Standard.

I'm reading and then gonna write a rebuttal :p
