imo that's because: first stage cap. was stopped on April(introduced uncertainty) Than weak market led by 'the nose' to almost (megical)10000,stopped. Retail allowed to 'take control'/buy from 9000 up to top Liquidated in steps down Cap. Stopped also in june. Market is drypic.twitter.com/XRvpKWXumX
