Agree the position is not conventional. We think it does however serve its holder well. Placing a premium on creative assets is a zen view of how wealth should be deployed. It's a value statement as much as a math statement.

One more way we see it... We want to invest in cash in the hands of a builders vs Cash in a 5 yr CD The former is more creative and productive than the latter.
