How do strict austrians/libertarians reconcile their views against the reality of the genetic/parents/childhood lottery?

Putting the state in charge of redistribution results in those closest to government “locking in” good lives at the expense of everyone else. Without state protection of monopolies it will be shirtsleeves to shirtsleeve in three generations for the wealthy
-
People have anarcho-libertarian dreams but neglect how quickly feudal systems would propagate. Those with the least would still be indebted, at moment of birth, to those with the most.
-
feudal systems existed when there were no alternatives; high exit cost to live in the forest now: encryption, bitcoin, 3D printed guns, & ability to broadcast videos of state violence (legitimizing reprisal attacks from outsiders); lower exit costs, lower risk/return on coercion
-
Nonetheless, these would be aggregated by a local-sovereign power, as people have some desire for formal social organization. Encryption is a two-way street, and in an ideal libertarian landscape, the idea of reprisal from other sovereigns is mostly sacrilege.
-
Rules imposed from far away are oppressive and local governments are more responsive to citizens. I don’t know anything about libertarians, only cypherpunks. widespread means of defense = more freedom.
-
Agreed on all points, except the local governments point. As long as there are sufficient degrees of bureaucratic separation between group of plaintiffs & the sovereign body then your local government might as well be on Venus.
