I'm saying BTC *could* become a SoV in our lifetimes, likely at the cost of other SoVs like gold If it does then a SoV w a 1000 year history will have been unseated by a disruptor in mere decades Having witnessed this, why would we then believe BTC itself couldn't be disrupted?

Having witnessed just how hard and long it is for a new medium of exchange to work its way up to being the most liquid (aka money), we'll be rather confident that BTC can't be disrupted. Plus, diminishing marginal returns for monetary policy credibility, legitimacy, and soundness
