Why would anyone use something that is volatile as cash? People want their Medium of Exchange / day-to-day Currency to be relatively stable

Depends on the time you entered CC but if it's in the past 1 year, no one can seriously say that's *any* CC. Past 10 years Bitcoin/CC wasn't stable. Extremely appreciation of purchasing power. So, sounds like you prefer fiat due to your definition.
