Yes. But that scenario seems to suggest a more modest overall shift/transformation of portfolio composition. Much of the crypto-maximalist thinking seems like (at least to my ear) something more; a call to replace yield-generating assets. A modest thesis seems more realistic.

Cryptocurrency isn’t fighting against yield-generating assets like Stocks, Bonds and Real Estate. Those will remain. Crypto is fighting against Fiat, Monetary Metals, Bank deposits, etc. It’s largely zero-sum with the latter.

Yes. I’d agree that to some extent crypto vs fiat is indeed a zero sum game.
