If we already used Bitcoin (assume all issued) for money everywhere (little/no Fiat or alts), what do you think the normal, average rate of deflation would be? 1%? 2%?

I think you're right. But I'm curious to plan based on a portfolio that yields more in deflationary value that it spends. Perpetual trusts.

More like the birth death ratio. The worl will have to adjust to the targeting of the money supply vs the target of cost of the money supply. That in turn will lead to the middle class growing world wide.
