Bitcoin is unseizable & uncensorable. Tokenized Securities and Tokenized Real Estate are not. Tokenized Securities derive their value from physical reality, approval & authority. Bitcoin derives its value from pure psychology. Enough said.

yes re point 2 - i've heard.....Thats a super cool table btw - though not sure gold is a "D" for portable. $50k fits in for your pocket. And curious BTC (and fiat) get a B for fungible! Does table come from an article you can share?

Can you carry $5 Billion worth of Gold through an airport?
And yes:https://medium.com/@vijayboyapati/the-bullish-case-for-bitcoin-6ecc8bdecc1 … -
Also, Bitcoin’s supply inflation will go below even that of Gold in 2021, and will be increasingly disinflationary.

-
Also, Bitcoin is much more unseizable than Gold. Throughout history, in USSR, India and even USA Gold has repeatedly been taken away by people. This is impossible with Bitcoin. It’s an even stronger hedge against authority.
-
I'm sorry but that argument doesn't stack......the only way any asset is "safe" is if you bury it...and Bitcoin is no safer than gold in that regard.....The fact gold has been confiscated (decades ago) and Bitcoin hasn't proves nothing 1/2
-
if anything it just proves that Bitcoin hasn't even survived a full credit cycle yet.....which is no critique of it per se, but the censorship resistant argument is a nonsense IMO
-
You do realize you can store unlimited amount of Bitcoin in your brain? And take it with you anywhere you go? No need to bury anything. This isn’t Pirates of the Carribean.
-
what if "they" hack your brain :-) in all seriousness - you're technically correct, though i'd argue committing something to memory is a super high risk strategy

Lol fiat is not a D for fungible! What the hell is this.

hence my curiosity......

And I am your age
@MustStopMurad and I buy gold, all assets can be mutually exclusive. This is not a one or the other scenario, and won't be - as is the history of capital markets.

why did Bitcoin get a B for durability? It should last as long as there are computers running the software. The chance of a wipeout of the last computer would also mean the wipeout of the last piece of gold as well.
