    The anti-union tactics panelists are describing are just... 🤬🤬🤬. Important to check on colleagues afterwards--can be opps to bond! Also learn from other museum unions who came before; while these tactics are gross and aggressive they are not new.

    Important reminder that your employer CAN NOT engage in TIPS: Threaten Interrogate Promise benefits if employees do not unionize Surveil employees The above anti-union tactics are ILLEGAL but employers often try it anyways. 😡 Know your rights. ✊

    Whitney speaks to the importance of working around barriers to having important 1-1 conversions; meet people where they are! Maybe go offsite, accommodate caretakers, etc.

    As we say in 🇲🇽 “Money makes a dog dance”, they rather protect white supremacy structures. Let’s see them for what they are: decision makers acting out of fear of losing their $$$ & prestige before doing what is right, not even the bare minimum
