Kaepernick isn’t good at throwing footballs. Hader is really good at throwing baseballs.

He has chosen to reply to a lot of tweets, but not this one

-
Who me? I replied bubby. Kaep is 5-20 as a starter his last 2 seasons. Why would a GM sign a guy that has the potential to divide the locker room and is a fringe 2nd stringer?
-
No not you, the guy who tweeted this originally fam
-
I’m not going to argue with people who think Kap is not a quality quarterback. The stats and his history prove he’s one of the 20 best quarterbacks in the world. That’s unarguable.
-
5-20 last two seasons as a starter. Definitely a Top 20 QB

-
What was Steve Young’s record with the Bucs? You conveniently avoid back-to-back NFC title games and one play away from leading a team to the Super Bowl championship.
-
I don’t avoid it. He had Harbaugh and a top defense. He made good throws. But again, why would a GM sign a fringe starter to potentially divide their locker room? I like him n wanted the Bills to sign but it’s an apples to orange comparison with Hader.

Do you think they should both have jobs ? Neither have a job? Or Kap should and Josh shouldn't ?
-
Both should have jobs. Nowhere did I say Josh Hader shouldn't have a job, although some are making that leap for some reason. I'm just pointing out the different standard being displayed for both players. I'll take an activist over a racist/homophone, even if he's rehabbed.
-
I think the both should too. I think it all comes down to money. The Kap thing cost a lot of people a lot of money. Josh's won't. Like it or hate it that is reality. That is why Kap was blackballed. Very political
-
Who lost money?
-
NFL lost viewer, sponsors, ticket sales. Which I don't think was Kap's fault. But the perception is that he was behind the whole kneeling thing. I don't agree with it but it turned in a monster that he got blamed for.
-
Not sure about that. Lower ratings are about cord cutting. NFL ratings are falling at a lower rate than everything else. Goodell got paid. Overall revenue still up year over year. Attendance has been stable. Much ado about nothing. https://www.statista.com/statistics/193420/regular-season-attendance-in-the-nfl-since-2006/ …
-
You are right. And I agree with you. But that isn't the perception. And that matters. Unfortunately in this case that is the only reason he doesn't have a job. Because if you dig into it he belongs.

One of these two opted out of a 10 million a year contract.. It wasn’t Hader.
-
He was going to be cut with no guaranteed money. He opted out to get a jump-start on the market.
-
Kaepernick was offered a deal bigger than Hader’s current deal and declined the offer because he thought he was good enough to be a starter. Big difference here.. Hader is the best at what he does, Kaepernick isn’t. Not even close.
-
Yeah, that's not true. Provide one link saying Kaepernick turned down a deal.
