So I made a small meatloaf but I can’t tell if I messed it up or if the meat was bad (it didn’t smell bad, but I’m terrible and can’t actually tell). Now I’m afraid to eat it.

I ended up eating some cause it most certainly didn't smell like bad meat. And so far, I'm okay.

I figured by now (over 2 hours) I'd be sick as heck if the meat was bad. hahaha!
