I need to get a Lazy villager, so I need to find one I like. I also want to change my Normal villager. Turns out Merengue has a Normal personality. Perfect! #ACNH

How do you know which villager is what type?

google. And charting. i wrote it all down to keep track. Basically what you get in the campsite will be whatever types you're lacking because the game wants you to at least have one of each of the 8 personality types.

There are 8 personality types?? I am so behind the curve with this. Also some how I have ended up with 3 pop stars in training. Lol

Hahaha! So there are 8 base personality types and each one can have 2 subtypes. The game will inherently try to balance primary personality types so you have at least 1 of each. So you’ll see non-jock villagers exercising. That’s their subtype. There’s A LOT to it.

Ok. I just thought it was an exercise thing because pretty much all my villagers exercise. Lol. I catch them doing yoga in the plaza all the time

They also get the zoomies where they run around like airplanes. Lol! Some will read books. Some will try to catch bugs.
