Don't forget when you come home from doing a run outside for necessitates to wash your hands immediately before touching ANYTHING and then wipe down what things you DID touch like handles n shit.

I have no idea if the virus stays intact on fabrics/clothing, but I would get naked IMMEDIATELY and throw those bad boys in the wash straight away just to be safe. But I'm also very scared of everything right now.

Every time I had to go up to the ER with Mom, I ended up stripping and showering once I got home and then putting everything I was wearing through the wash. It's not paranoia it's just good sense to take the extra precaution right now.
