Flu shot acquired, will be ready for BlizzCon! Supposedly. I’ve gotten the damned shot four years in a row now, and the last three STILL managed to give me the flu (that was a COLD, @KolbyPanda! 
), and last year’s flu hit me on Christmas.

I am irrationally afraid of needles, despite having two tattoos. Tats are a different thing, though. Not nearly as scary. Anyway, I just look away. If I look, I freak out and jerk away. If I don’t look, it’s fine.

I was Quite Ill as a child, and the medication I was on to manage my condition needed to be monitored. As a result, I had bi-monthly blood tests. The sight of a hypodermic usually throws me directly into shock.

When I saw them as a kid, it would usually result in me screaming and running away in panic. More than once I had to be forcibly held down by doctors to get my vaccines. I still have the urge as an adult... which is why I can’t look.
