I keep playing with and touching my hair since I did this and honestly it feels amazing. The sadness that it no longer covers my nipples will pass soon I'm sure. Does anyone know the science behind why cutting your hair helps ease anxiety and/or depression?

I believe it is taking control of st least one piece of your life when everything feels so outside of your control. I know when I have that one thing that is mine to control it gives me st least a starting point to find other pieces I can control
