From a bus lane enforcement perspective this is actually pretty good. Mainly missing Interbay lanes, Aurora north of Woodland Park, LCW lanes, Rainier lanes, and lanes in WS.

Clearest issues are from the ped conflict perspective. This may have been a good utilization of LOS for deployment. Any arterial intersection with LOS below D should be eligible for these cameras.

City Clerk Neighborhoods shapefile on Seattle GeoData. I merged everything by the L_HOOD field and renamed a few that didn't make sense.

Pulled it from a Seattle neighborhoods shapefile. It wasn't specified so I used the simplest map I could find of the larger neighborhoods to rename. Sand Point or Ravenna would have probably been better.
