A most obvious thing in the noncommittal Taliban comment about the Afghan negotiating team announced by the government not being "inclusive" is this: clearly an effort by the Taliban to drive a wedge between a divided Afghan side and to see how far they can exploit the divisions.

Well to be fair intra-Afghan negotiations team does need to be representative of all parties or its pointless and some of the Taliban prisoners in Bagram have allegedly just been injured and killed... so what is going on there?
