Paktia: initial voter turnout, based on result-sheets etc, was announced a whopping 161,000. Cross-check of data from about 75% of Paktia polling stations shows only 37,000 biometric votes. So you can imagine a good 100,000 votes from Pakita also don't meet validity criteria.
Kandahar: initial voter-turnout was put at 190,000 (with about 90,000 in Spin Boldak alone). Cross-check of data from about 75% of Kandahar polling stations shows only 54,000 biometric votes. So you can see at least a good 100,000 votes invalid from Kandahar too.
Nangarhar initial voter-turnout was at 255,000. Cross-check of data from about 77% of Nangarhar polling stations shows about 170,000 biometric votes. So Nangarhar will prob reach 200,000 biometric votes -- much better than many suspected, even if 50k discarded.
Helmand:
initial voter turnout was announced as 115,000, for a province largely under Taliban threat.
Cross-check of data from about 90% of Helmand polling stations show just about 37,000 biometric votes. So you could see half of Helmand votes not meeting validity

7. Data from 90% of Kabul polling stations, the largest vote pool with turnout of about 450,000, suggests the province will probably see at least 10%-15% of its votes discarded in first cleaning stage as not meeting initial biometric criteria.
8. Data from several other provinces -- Faryab, Ghor, Logar, Kapisa, Zabul -- also show their turnouts will go lower based on biometric votes, but their initial vote pools were small so the change wont have massive significance on final result like the big provinces could.

Here is thing though... what about the reports that many voters in south and eatern provinces were told at the polling stations that the biometric machines were not functioning properly unless they want to vote for @DrabdullahCE .?
