transforming Montana and the country, in time, into a theocratic state run by believers like Daines and Gianforte. A caliphate of sorts for the worst brand of “Christianity”. That he isn’t 10 points behind in the U.S. Senate polls is disheartening. That he and Gianforte remain
ahead in their respective, critical races is, frankly, as portentous of national decline as you can get.
