Just received email from one of my best friends and US Naval Academy graduate (names & times redacted): “Fellow warrior, Special Forces and West Point grad, and tough as nails, XXXXX was struck by shrapnel from a 107mm Fajr-1 Iranian rocket that split
his skull in half XXXXX years ago today in Baghdad. I was 400m away from XXXXX on this day. Our Intelligence Analysts traced the lot # from the shrapnel from the cowardly attack directly back to exact GPS coordinates of the factory where the ordnance was manufactured in Iran.”
That kinda shit happens when you’re in military war zones, even in a country that never attacked us & didn’t do anything to deserve our armed forces being there shooting the place up. War gonna war, ya know?
