Funnily enough I've been looking at windows laptops again lately for development work, my 2015 MacBook Pro is getting slow and I'm sure as hell not buying a current gen one
Oh man, if you haven't used a surface yet you're missing out. I had a surface pro at my last gig and it's a brilliant development machine

They look great but I'm so ingrained on MacOS it's going to be really hard to switch. I tried to provision my windows gaming machine for web dev and ran into a lot of jank. I do want off the Apple ride though.

I use a Mac, but in the past I’ve pushed people towards Surface. They’re great bits of kit, in many ways hitting the same kind of design/integration space Apple was famous for.
