    To me looks like a very Rafa Benitez player. Versatile and can work in several systems. NUFC summer will be made or broken by striker signings (& if they can get Kenedy).. but this is a good 'get'.

    I don't think you realise how poor Colombia have been Mark. They were dreadful against Senegal. Also, why should the past dictate the future? It is a completely different squad from last tournaments.

    I agree with you this "easy route" should only be considered easy if we had a history of going deep in tournaments, we don't and we have now lost momentum. Tuesday will be very tough

    We’ve looked as good as anything out there... we’ve had better squads and done nothing with them. We’ve watched poorer teams than us lift the trophy as we’ve gone home. Why can’t you get behind them and see how far our lads take us before sticking the boot in?

    I'm not negative. I'm realistic based on recent form in tournaments when I say talking about semi finals and finals is ridiculous given our squad and track record. Seriously, what have I missed?

    "This way to way to the final?!" Baffling. If we beat Colombia it's best result for 16 years. We can do it but it'll be one hell of an effort. We should really acknowledge how ordinary we are and have been for a long time on international stage...
