She was aggressively involved in the fight against SB277, up to and including trying to cause trouble to parents advocates in real life. So it likely did affect her. But to come in so aggressively then, the issue appears to have been already there.

Being a proponent of settled science is normal. Denying the scientific consensus is actually an extremist view supported by pseudoscience. The anti vaccine religion is extremist and radical. And hate filled.

I'm quite happy to say I start to feel hatred towards the behaviour of some anti-vaxxers. Especially if they claim cases of child abuse were vaccine injuries, or experiment with unproven "remedies" on their children and/or pets.
