YouTube have banned me for 'hate speech', I think due to clips on Nazi policy featuring propaganda speeches by Nazi leaders. I'm devastated to have this claim levelled against me, and frustrated 15yrs of materials for #HistoryTeacher community have ended so abruptly. @TeamYouTube

This all started when @gaywonk and @voxdotcom started whining about a comedian telling jokes about them. This is what triggered all the actions of @YouTube the last couple of days.

Bro I don’t think anyone stormed the beaches of normday so Crowder could call Mazza gay slurs ad nauseam to the point of projection for his own sexual history, choices and proclivities. It should have never gotten this far.

Actually, they DID storm the beaches of Normandy so our Constitution could live, and that includes 1st amendment thereof. Except for inciting violence, it protects obnoxious speech. Thank God those soldiers weren’t offended by Nazi’s slander. Grow up!

YouTube is a private company. If you want free speech free of terms of service, regulation of any kind or consequence, the government would need to create a sanctioned social media network & square because though YouTube dominates the market, it’s still a privately owned company.

Want to point out where in my tweet I said YouTube couldn’t censor? I and YOU ought to be very concerned about the trend of silencing speech. Every day we see examples of people in public being physically assaulted because someone is “offended” by a hat.
