Every "no-masker" should read this. Thank you for posting, June. Very few think of the toll COVID19 has on doctors, nurses, and ALL hospital workers. Patriots? You'll do anything for the country you love but a mask is too much? *face plant*

I don't think they'd even care. That's the worst part.

It's great that you checked in with her. Doctors & nurses need to remember to take care of themselves too -mentally & physically.

no one takes care of us..we take care of each other ...or we try....we couldn't even get PPE for months....

I live in Missouri, in St. Louis North County, and I have family in St. Charles County, and S. and W. St. Louis Counties who just seem oblivious. Most of N. County is the poorer area so we have to work and I've lost friends to it. I still get "if I get it I get it" as a response.

Last week, a woman in OC accused me of not caring about mental health (a topic I’m actually passionate about) for supporting lockdowns. It’s astounding what the disconnect is with these people, who are the ones making it longer and deadlier. Love and strength to you friend.

Admittedly if we had a president who cared, there would be significantly more resources for lockdown mental health issues. Because she’s not wrong, it takes a toll. But the alternative is NOT the answer.
