When Harold Pinter won the Nobel Prize for Literature two years later in 2005 he rightfully used his acceptance speech to condemn the invasion as a “bandit act of blatant state terrorism” and called for Bush and Blair’s arrest for war crimes.

In case you're wondering how things are going in Texas, our district canceled all sex ed classes this year but is now required to offer kids training in bleeding control techniques, including "tourniquets approved for use in battlefield trauma care by the armed forces."

Texas House Bill 1147 requiring bleeding control stations in school and requiring that children in 3rd grade and up are offered classes in treating traumatic injuries. Act takes effect 9-1-2023.

The reg of armed conflict (concepts like necessity, proportionality, distinction) is notoriously subject to abuse and manipulation. Importing those concepts into the world of economic warfare seems like a BAD idea giving legal cover w/out much pay off. That is all. See ya around
