You know I understand the 1k subs rule, even with 10k it would be ok. Subs are something you can build up. But 11hours watchtime/day? Even BIG channel who does shorter videos like original songs(2-3mins) or animations(30-60sec) - which BTW you can't make a new one everyday of -
-will have a really hard time with that. You're pretty much cutting income for those who actually put so much hard work into their stuff out of nowhere. Instead, people will be encouraged to make even longer intros and repetitive top 10 lists to keep up with the new terms-

-lowering the overall quality of content left and right. I'm sure there wouldn't be such an outrage if the watchtime limit was lower OR exchanged with f.ex. views, comments etc. Something that doesn't depend on the type of content but rather your channel's traffic.
