I've wondered this for a couple years now. Everything is diagnosed... like is there a point where it's being done to have an excuse?
So....is every single person in 2016 diagnosed with an anxiety problem/depression/some mental illness? The rates seem alarming to me

Or is there a SERIOUS mental illness issue sweeping Western countries. It's hard to say without having the mindset, I guess.
