That's an oversimplification I feel. Framing it that way is much less useful for reflection afterwards, and ends up also being an unnecessary put-down when I do that to myself far too much already lol there are specific things that happen that get me aggravated in that manner

tl;dr it all boils down to how I feel about my mistakes in a given situation the bigger the contrast between "my" level of play and the level of play I feel my mistakes reflect, the more pissed off I get because as youve probably heard a lot "I'm supposed to be better than that"
