There's a lot of people who complain about Wagner who get opened up by that 28 frame overhead.
That’s hilarious. 22C/Her damage are the only complaints I feel are valid

22C is good for the buffs specifically, pretty much everyone gets + frames from an ex, her damage is high but she also dies faster herself

Hyde also has high damage so fighting Wagner is funny since we both die in 3 combos

I have a few complaints to 5a recovery is insane, also the fact that her install properties invalidate zome match ups, 2 frame ex dp As Fendo said she has no bad match ups. The only thing that will cause you to lose with her is your inability to make the correct decisions
