I think I'm gonna cut out coffee soon. I love it, but I've had some canker sore problems for years that's made eating and even talking (if you've seen me talk awkwardly, there's why) harder, and coffee has revolved around that. I'll see what I can do.
Canker sores plaque me whenever I am stressed so I understand that pain

I stopped drinking stuff like that (cause diet) and it definitely helped as well
