Like this idea, this is doable and is easy to identify the funds being sent.

Only if this tax applied to money being sent to any foreign nation, as it's both fair & I don't want to hear the leftists' bs about racism. I would also make it more like a sales tax and drop it to 7%. It would generate billions in tax revenue, probably more than $30 Billion.
