I agree it's the on;y way it will pass, BUT, get them on the record when the threshold is 60. like the Obamacare vote (under Obama), many will vote for it if they know it won't become law. Go nuclear after that if the you get 50.
McConnell please use the “Nuclear Option” on the vote today. This way we only need 51 votes to pass this new spending bill.
