So final thoughts on the best platform to make an ad campaign for a new blog... has come out on top with the lowest Cost Per Click. I think and are the easiest to use. However, for a nascent blog, I'm going to re-try running ads on Facebook.

Pinterest ad results: 4000 impressions CPM: AUD $1.64 CPC: AUD $0.73 I find Pinterets ad platform both the hardest to use, and easiest to get CPC data from, but is it a click on a Pin or a click to my site? Unclear.

Results of Facebook promo for justthreechoices.com: Spend: GBP 5 spread over 4 days Audience: 18-65, London, Any gender Impressions: 896 Link clicks: 14 CPC: £0.36 So whilst less than a third of the impressions of a Twitter ad, Facebook yielded more clicks for the money.
Results of Twitter promotion for : Spend: the minimum, so GBP 10 for 24 hour promotion. Audience: 18-55, London, Any gender Impressions: 3587 Link clicks: 8 Cost per click: £1.25 No idea if that's normal value or not, Meta running now.
