@TeamYouTube Hi, I'm having a problem with an upload. I have a 1080p60fps video I've uploaded, but when I switch to 720p60 the video becomes slightly longer and the audio stays the same, so by the end of the video the two are not longer synced. Not sure what's up, perhaps you do?

That's weird, is this happening across devices? Make sure the browser/app is up to date and try clearing the cache and cookies: https://yt.be/help/Cko1 . That usually does the trick. Keep us in the loop.

And it's still happening after clearing cache + cookies.

Can you confirm if you’ve already reviewed this guide: https://yt.be/help/nRFo ? It covers common reasons for audio issues and how to fix them. Hope it helps!

Yep, the video file I uploaded was in an MP4 container, H.264 video codec, AAC for audio, 60fps, 1920x1080. The only thing that's not exactly as recommended is the audio bitrate is 320kbps, but the sampling rate is 44.1 or 48kHz.

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble – we'd recommend sending a feedback report directly from YouTube, here's how: https://yt.be/help/feedback . Make sure to send from the account experiencing the issue!
