Companies like @gmg and @JukinMedia are making it so Tik Tok creators earn money off Youtube compilations.
Both the compilation channels and the copyright distribution networks seem to be in direct violation of Tik Toks TOS.
So as a result these creators are getting a tiny piece of the pie considering @GMG takes a cut to be able to run.
@keaton being a Youtuber yourself you know saying compilation channels make Adsense is misleading. As @TeamYouTube has cracked down on reused content.pic.twitter.com/VsyuH6RT07

The vast majority of the revenue made by the channels come in the form of affiliate marketing and sponsorships, some from Tik Tok themself.

I would love for all creators of content to make money and continue having creative freedom. What I don’t want to see is a company come in and act as the UMG Of video. This is not meant to be an attack on you or your company I’m just concerned for what it means in the future.

Without us, how else can they claim it? They can’t. We are literally the only company not false claiming, but upholding the contracts with the IP we defend. I started in 2007, got taken advantage by 6 networks, and I’m proud to say I’m the CEO of the first, next gen MCN

False. Any creator that is qualified for Ad-sense already has a dedicated tab on Youtube that scans all of Youtube for even the smallest Audio/Video copies. It also gives creators the ability to copyright claim, email and block videos they see as violating their rights.
