mates. I'm running a Pauper HS tournament this weekend, and I'd love your feedback on this breakdown. I've gone 0 legendaries, 2 epic, 4 rare. Do you think this is a bit *too* pauper?

This is awesome Neri! Great for the community! I feel its sufficient ruling, possibly a couple more rares are allowed as everyone gets 1 per pack but its up to you of course! love the idea!
