Although there is still work needed in financial inclusion to meet BOT’s target of 80%- In urban areas, the proportion of Tanzanians with a bank account (41%) is more than three times that in rural areas (13%).

Similarly, wealthier Tanzanians are nearly ten times more likely to have a bank account than the poor (56% of the richest quintile of the population, 6% of the poorest quintile). NOT THE 1% you have quoted in the video

There has also been serious reforms on tax collection with majority of businesses being intergrated in the formal system through EFD machines. Failure to issue EFD receipt is breaking the law.

I do however not dispute most of the information about unemployment and the education system.

Oh and There is actually a fire department in Arusha- and most of the population drink boiled water which is safe, and bottled water is one of the most selling products in the market in urban and semi rural areas
