The way I see it, hate speech is harrassment. If you're going to hate someone, you better have a damn good reason. Said reason only applies to one person though, and should never be applied to ignorant blanket statements like Trump makes.
This is why hate crimes are on the rise. The leader of the free world is deliberately inciting them.

But at the same time, Twitter censors people retweeting Trump's rhetoric as criticism, calling it a "Sensitive topic." Why is harrassment and threats of war permissible from Trump, but not his critics?
