      The Gloucester Plan in Massachusetts has spawned a number of successful imitators, and is worth looking at. Legalized #cannabis has a promising start at curbing opioid deaths. Politicians still seem to be much more talk than action in regards to the #OpioidCrisis, unsurprisingly.
