If it did indeed fail, a 2nd attempt needs a better education campaign and ground game. We need town halls, seminars and in-person door to door campaigning. Pandemic really limited our options.

I'm stunned that this was rejected. If MA cannot pass this ballot measure, it makes me very skeptical that RCV and viable third parties will ever be something to happen in my lifetime. And yes, the pandemic limited my own participation to social media and a yard sign.
